Profit-Sharing
Our compensation is based upon our ability to perform. Unlike most money managers who take a management fee (regardless of performance) our performance fee arrangement allows us to split trading profits (if any) with our clients each month. It's a profit-sharing arrangement otherwise known as a performance fee. Our performance fee is 30% of new profits (versus the previous high water mark). For example, a $50,000 account that yielded a gross return of 10% would increase the value of the account by $5000. The client’s share (70%) of this profit would be $3500. Profits are divided monthly and you can either withdraw the funds or let them compound. Of course, we cannot guarantee profitability but if we have a losing month, we will not take any new fees until we earn back that loss.
